SoHappy2BeFit provides communities and businesses (of any size) with customized fitness experiences, tailored for your audience. We offer customized fitness, yoga & meditation, dance, and functional fitness classes. Current clients include Blue Cross Blue Shield, SilverSneakers® and more. Sheila has worked with Churches, non-profits, parties and families.
We’ll collaborate with you to design a movement and wellness program to help your employees or program participants achieve their fitness goals.
Whether virtual or in-person (socially distanced, of course), we partner with organizations to build wellness perk into existing benefits in an affordable and sustainable way or develop programs.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Sessions, events or appointments may be canceled or changed provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is given. You will be credited in the total amount for a rescheduled event at no extra cost. No refunds only credit and must be used within three months. In the event, notice was given less than 24 hours, your fee is automatically forfeit.
